Extra hard die-stone Type IV, with resin and of high quality.
ISO 6873 TYPE: 4
RESIN-GIPS PLUS is a high-performance Type IV super-hard natural gypsum, enhanced with resin additives. Designed for the production of models for implants, veneers, inlays, and removable abutments.
It is characterized by the following advantages:
· Efficiency and precision: With a working time of 7 minutes and a setting time of 30 minutes, it offers efficiency and precision in the working process.
· High fluidity: Its excellent fluidity facilitates its use, and its extreme reproducibility accuracy ensures optimal results.
· Low expansion: Its low setting expansion (0,10%) and a compressive strength of 50 MPa at 1 hour ensure exceptional dimensional stability and high quality of the produced models.
· 30% more resin: Unlike RESIN-GIPS, it contains 30% more resin and offers better abrasion resistance. Additionally, it trims easily without generating dust in the laboratory.
· Smooth and hard surfaces: RESIN-GIPS PLUS provides very smooth and maximum hardness surfaces. It is compatible with all printing materials.
· Snap setting effect: Its prolonged working time provides maneuvering room and a quick setting process.
· Neutral tone: Available in gray color, a choice specially designed not to interfere with visual perception when loading ceramics. Being a neutral tone minimizes its influence on color determination during the process, allowing greater precision and fidelity in anatomical reproduction.
· Presentation: RESIN-GIPS PLUS is available in 2 container formats of choice.
We offer an ECO-PACK (6 kg) format of 3 aluminum bags of 2 kg each, designed to provide maximum protection against humidity and preserve the integrity of the product.
We also have TEST-PACK bags available in 2 kg format, designed for testing the product in a small retail format.
