Extra hard synthetic die stone.
ISO 6873 TYPE: 4
DIAMANT is a type 4 synthetic dental gypsum known for its extraordinary hardness and minimal expansion. Designed for the creation of abutments, it stands as the optimal choice for a wide range of fixed prosthesis work.
DIAMANT offers the following notable advantages:
· High dimensional stability. With a minimal setting expansion of 0.08%, it produces detailed and accurate models that perfectly compensate for the shrinkage of commonly used duplicating materials such as silicones and polyethers.
· Smooth and hard surfaces resistant to scratches and abrasions. With a compressive strength of 60 MPa, you can work confidently during the rehabilitation modeling process without fear of scratching or damaging the master model with spatulas or other tools.
· Excellent detail definition. Thanks to a fine-grain formulation that allows precise reproduction of the smallest details.
· CAD/CAM compatibility. Compatible with CAD/CAM systems, as it presents opaque and non-reflective surfaces. This feature ensures optimal reading and scanning by the systems, ensuring high precision and fidelity in the digital reproduction of the models.
· Efficient working time. DIAMANT provides you with an adequate working time of 8 minutes, allowing the possibility of filling and working on multiple models simultaneously.
· Thixotropic. Its dense and stable consistency becomes fluid under the mechanical action of the vibrator. This allows it to efficiently fill even the tiniest spaces, although once the vibration stops, the mass maintains a stable consistency, allowing you to shape the impression tray contours with a spatula without any spills.
· Packaging. DIAMANT is available in 2 packaging formats of choice.
We offer an ECO-PACK (12 kg) format of 6 aluminum bags of 2 kg each, designed to provide maximum protection against moisture and preserve product integrity.
We also have TEST-PACK bags available in 2 kg format, designed for testing the product in a small retail format.
