ORTOGUIX is a plaster designed for the creation of orthodontic study models, classified as type III. It presents a series of significant advantages that distinguish it in its application:
· Excellent expansion: It has an expansion of 0.13%, ensuring precision and reliability in the reproduction of study molds.
· Extremely detailed reproduction: Capable of capturing anatomical details with great fidelity, crucial in orthodontics for precise diagnosis and treatment.
· Unalterable white color: Its white color remains constant over time, without yellowing, ensuring visual consistency of the study models.
· Adequate working time: With a working time of 6 minutes, it provides the necessary flexibility to handle the material and duplicate more models.
· Efficient demolding: Allows demolding of silicone or alginate in just 30 minutes, streamlining the work process and optimizing production times.
· Adequate fluidity and stability: It presents optimal fluidity and adequate stability during application, facilitating handling and distribution in the mold.
· Smooth and highly thixotropic consistency: Its smooth and highly thixotropic consistency ensures easy handling and application of the material, guaranteeing homogeneous and precise coverage during model duplication.
· Presentation: We offer an ECO-PACK format (12 kg) of 6 aluminum bags of 2 kg each, designed to provide maximum protection against moisture and preserve the integrity of the product.
For professionals with higher volume needs, we offer a bulk option in recyclable 18 kg drums. These drums are carefully protected inside with a polyethylene bag to keep the product in optimal conditions.
We also offer TEST-PACK bags in a 2 kg format, designed for testing the product in a small retail format.
